Certified Translation Services US is committed to respecting the privacy of our clientele. Your information is considered private and confidential pursuant to the Privacy Act, which states the following:
5 U.S.C 552.a; may be confidential pursuant to Section 1905 of Title 18 of the United States Code; may be secret and its dissemination prohibited by the Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Title 18 of the United States Code; may be limited by an Order of the Court, such as Protective Order; or limited by other statutes, regulations or rules of court.
All of our qualified translators have signed a non-disclosure agreement and have been made aware of the legal consequences of violation of the Privacy Act. Your information will not be shared with any other third parties and will never be sold. Any information you share with us will only be used for providing you the highest quality translations and superior customer service.
To the best of our knowledge, we have never had a translation rejected from any destination agency or organization. If however, an error is found in the translation and it is not accepted within 30 days after we have delivered it to you, please let us know and we will strive to fix it immediately. If for whatever reason the translation can not be accepted, please provide us with written documentation from the agency or organization as to why the translation will not be accepted and we will refund your money. Since the United States and the State of Texas offer no official certification credentials for translation, some foreign agencies, including embassies and consulates located within the United States, may not accept our translations. Please check with the agency where you will be sending the translation prior to contracting our services. We can not guarantee acceptance of our translations outside the United States or to embassies or consulates within the United States so it is your responsibility to verify that our translations will be accepted beforehand.
